Reorder = Residual Opportunity
- 1.5% standard residual on qualifying reorder/restock revenue.
- Additional residual incentives may be earned through approved levels and recurring customer activity.
- Supplier-funded restocking/reissue incentives may add approximately 3% where contracted.
- Qualifying replenishment economics can reach up to 30% in approved supplier-supported structures.
The ordinary Earthman agent/member ceiling remains 25%; 30% is not the standard automatic commission.
Best Fit: Replenishable Products
Herbs
Healthy Teas
Natural Foods
Recurring Services
Restocking
Fixed equipment and other service-oriented transactions generally use approximately 3–5% commission, subject to the written schedule.
$1,000 Reorder Example
10% base incentive = $100
1.5% standard reorder residual = $15
Additional level/residual opportunity = up to the applicable ceiling
Supplier-supported 3% = up to $30 where contractually funded
Illustrative only. Actual payout depends on qualification, eligible net revenue, product margin and written commercial terms.
How Earthman Protects the Model
- Rewards are tied to genuine product/service transactions.
- Recruitment alone does not generate commission.
- Refunds, cancellations and excluded charges are removed from eligible revenue.
- Supplier-funded incentives are only paid when supported by supplier agreements.
- Final payout follows the executed compensation schedule.
Grow the Customer. Grow the Residual.
