Global Exchange invoice payments
Hosted by Earthman Herbals. Pay an approved commercial invoice with verified tokens, cash, or a token-and-cash split. Each invoice retains its company, region and contract reference. Ghana and Nigeria local-currency cash receipts are verified by the regional payment desk; other invoice currencies may use the available card checkout. Non-CAD token payments require an agreed conversion and expiry.

Pay with loyalty tokens
Universal Access Card token payment is available for approved supplier, application and client-listing commercial invoices across Earthman Herbals, Global Exchange, GlobeXpress, RIDM/DMC and African Airways. Investment purchases use their separate approval workflow. African Airways accepts Universal Access Card tokens for 100% of eligible pre-tax reservations, services, payments and goods. Other eligible service tokens can cover the eligible pre-tax purchase value or an agreed portion; any remaining cash balance becomes payable after token verification.
RIDM Juke Box Tokens: CAD 50¢ each. Other loyalty tokens retain their issuer’s verified redemption value. U-Access provider card payments add three tokens (CAD 1.50), fully retained by DMC with no monthly fee rebate. The purchase value credits the provider in full; restaurant cash-in is separately 90/10, other merchant cash-in 80/20 and customer redemption 70/30. A pending request does not settle the invoice or activate services.

Payment confirms receipt of funds. Service booking, supplier allocation, membership eligibility and agent approval follow the relevant company review. Test payments do not activate services. For an invoice, contact info@globexworld.ca.
Token purchase conditions · Taxes paid separately
Tokens and loyalty cards do not make a purchase tax-exempt. Tokens cover only the eligible goods or service value after agreed discounts. Applicable sales taxes must be itemized and paid by the customer in cash or a regular non-token payment method, never deducted from a loyalty or tokenized card.
Merchants must determine, charge, collect and remit applicable taxes for their jurisdiction. Any processing fees and applicable tax on those fees must be disclosed before approval. Token cash-in administration applies only to token value; taxes are outside the 80% / 20% token reconciliation.
Ride prices may include service charges and fees. Where a quoted fare includes tax, identify its tax portion on the receipt and reserve it for non-token payment; do not add it again to the quoted total. Inclusive pricing does not establish a tax exemption. Zero tax may be entered only where the transaction is lawfully exempt or zero-rated, or no tax is due.
