Framework for approved herbalists, wellness professionals and other eligible practitioners participating in the Earthman Herbals centralized consultation and referral network.
A one-time $100 CAD initial registration, administrative and booking-network fee is payable when a professional application is submitted. Payment supports administrative processing and initial booking setup. It does not guarantee approval, listing, referrals or future bookings.
Each approved consultant establishes the consultation services they are qualified and permitted to provide and the corresponding rates, subject to Earthman Herbals approval and the consultant’s lawful scope of practice.
For consultations booked and paid through the Earthman Herbals centralized reservation system, Earthman Herbals retains 30% of the consultation fee and the consultant receives 70%, subject to the signed agreement, refunds/chargebacks, applicable payment-processing costs and taxes as specified in the final commercial schedule.
Customers select available appointment times through the centralized booking calendar and pay before an appointment is confirmed. The system records the appointment, consultant, rate, time, payment status and meeting information. Zoom may be used for remote sessions when the applicable account and meeting link are configured.
Consultants remain responsible for their professional qualifications, licensing or registration where applicable, informed consent, records, advice and compliance with applicable laws and professional standards. Earthman Herbals provides a booking/referral platform and does not replace the consultant’s professional obligations.
