Application criteria

• Professional identity, title and area of specialization.
• Relevant education, training, credentials and experience.
• Professional registration or licence information where applicable.
• Resume/CV and description of services.
• Agreement to operate within your lawful scope of practice and professional standards.
• Approval by Earthman Herbals before being listed or receiving referrals.

Initial registration: A one-time $100 CAD administrative and booking fee is required when submitting the professional application. This covers initial administrative review and booking-network setup; it is separate from future consultation revenue sharing.

Professional agreement: If approved, the specialist enters a professional services agreement. The specialist sets their consultation services and rates, and Earthman Herbals retains 30% of consultation fees generated through the centralized booking network, with the consultant receiving 70%, subject to the final signed agreement and applicable taxes/fees. Approved specialists may also participate in the consultant subscription network under the commercial terms stated in their agreement.
