Joint ventures — from one acre to 1,000 acres or more

Participating regional growers and cultivation partners can enter a contract-farming joint venture with Earthman Herbals, supported by an Earthman Herbals supplier contract and procurement agreement. Each agreement defines the parties’ contributions, farming responsibilities, acreage, crop specifications, harvest schedule, supply commitments, pricing, delivery and duration.

Earthman Herbals provides contract-farming arrangements with regional supplier contract-farming partners, in the divisions and cultivation areas where the herbs and produce are grown. Projects can range from one acre to 1,000 acres or more, with the acreage, cultivation plan and supply commitments defined by the individual regional contract.

Procurement, supplier contracts and continued supply

Our procurement and contract supplier agreements complement the Earthman Herbacy catalogue and regional sourcing network by planning cultivation, harvest schedules and continued supply of herbs and related produce. The contract-farming investment portfolio supports project structuring and supply development under agreed production, quality, procurement and delivery terms.

One Man, One Acre — Community Agricultural Production

Earthman Herbals’ Damongo City contract-farming initiative is intended to work with cooperating community participants through the “One Man, One Acre” program: one employed community participant working on one acre of land brought into agricultural production. The program aims to support productive employment, community development and benefits for local agriculture, processing, procurement and distribution industries.

Community land allocation for contract farming

The Damongo City program uses 31,360 acres as its stated land-allocation figure for contract farming, representing a seven-mile by seven-mile area (49 square miles). The “One Man, One Acre” program is intended to organize cooperating community participants around one-acre agricultural production plots within this development area.

Final cultivable acreage and participant allocations depend on the documented survey boundaries, landholder authority, cooperating community agreements and land suitable for production.

Cooperating community participation

Regional grower, community and supplier agreements will define participant employment arrangements, one-acre production plots, crop selection, farming responsibilities, inputs and training, harvest schedules, procurement commitments and delivery terms. The intended community and industry benefits include employment, cultivation skills, local food and herbal supply, aggregation, processing and market access. These are program objectives; participant numbers and production commitments will be established through the individual agreements.

Tokenized Investment Protection — Proposed Contract Terms

Proposed investment-value protection and product redemption

The proposed framework would record each participant’s documented investment value, currency and token allocation in the signed project agreement. Investment holders could request settlement of all or part of that recorded value against eligible Earthman Herbacy or participating supplier products, at the valuation agreed in the contract.

The agreement must specify the issuer and responsible counterparties, designated backing or reserves, eligible products, valuation method, availability, redemption limits, fulfillment deadlines, fees, taxes, shipping and remedies if products cannot be supplied. Each completed redemption reduces the outstanding investment claim by the agreed settlement value and cancels the corresponding tokens in the ledger, preventing the same value from being claimed twice. Holding or requesting redemption of a token does not itself cancel the joint-venture agreement or settle an investment.

Proposed terms only: A security or principal-value guarantee takes effect only when its named guarantor, backing and enforceable obligations are documented in an executed agreement. No unconditional repayment, guaranteed return, insurance, immediate cash liquidity or always-available product redemption is currently represented. This proposal does not activate token issuance or redemption and is separate from Earthman Access loyalty tokens and membership benefits.

Country-specific compliance

Important: Contract farming does not itself guarantee regulatory approval, a harvest, purchase price, financing or investment return. Jamaica has agricultural produce and plant-quarantine requirements for relevant imports/exports. citeturn0search13turn0search14 Ontario has requirements covering food safety, packaging, labelling, advertising and produce handling, with additional federal or municipal requirements potentially applying. citeturn0search4turn0search8

One Man, One Acre · Revised first-year budget

Cost itemUSD per acre
Prepare and clear the acre500
Seeds / initial planting1,000
Preparation and planting subtotal1,500
One-person management (three days/week): $20 × three days × 52 weeks3,120
Core first-year total4,620
Annual land rent, separately150
Rent-inclusive total before membership/extras4,770

Individual membership adds $100 once: $4,870 including membership. Ten acres: $46,200 core + $1,500 rent + $500 group membership = $48,200. Preparation already includes its clearing/plowing allowance; the same machine cost or worker wage is not added again.

40% down on core $4,620 = $1,848, followed by twelve $231 payments. If annual rent is included in the funded value: $1,908 down and twelve $238.50 payments. Membership is separate. Fruit-tree extras and other agreed inputs change the documented total and installment amounts.

Additional fruit trees are separately costed only beyond the inputs already covered by the $1,000 planting budget. At the earlier provisional $5–10/seedling, 50 extra seedlings add $250–500; 100 add $500–1,000. Crop spacing and supplier quotations govern quantities and prices. Irrigation, fertilizer, additional materials, storage, special equipment and future crop-cycle input replenishment remain separately assessed.

These are the sponsor's revised budget inputs. The 20% annual net-return objective is conditional on realized earnings: $924 on $4,620 core or $954 on $4,770 rent-inclusive funding, not a guarantee. Six-month crop cash may offset future payments or be reinvested after reconciliation; fruit trees have their own maturation schedules.
