Land-use planning, site preparation, environmental management, water and sanitation coordination, waste-management planning and related project services can be developed as contract service packages.
The source plan specifically lists land surveying/valuation, civil and structural works, sanitation, water services, wastewater/solid-waste management, environmental impact assessment and environmental management/pollution control within its stated scope. fileciteturn0file0L221-L235
The source plan describes staged development and significant infrastructure, commercial and community facilities. Investors should request the current project status, ownership/authority documents, feasibility materials, budgets and transaction structure before committing funds.
Potential participation can include farm inputs, logistics, processing, storage, market services, professional services and employment-linked enterprises supporting agricultural and wider development activity.
Earthman is evaluating an asset-backed tokenized participation framework for qualifying projects and investment portfolios. The planning concept is to identify designated inventory/stock, equipment, receivables, intellectual property, property interests or other qualifying assets and maintain an asset-coverage register for each proposed issuance.
The proposed framework would record each participant’s documented investment value, currency and token allocation in the signed project agreement. Investment holders could request settlement of all or part of that recorded value against eligible Earthman Herbacy or participating supplier products, at the valuation agreed in the contract.
The agreement must specify the issuer and responsible counterparties, designated backing or reserves, eligible products, valuation method, availability, redemption limits, fulfillment deadlines, fees, taxes, shipping and remedies if products cannot be supplied. Each completed redemption reduces the outstanding investment claim by the agreed settlement value and cancels the corresponding tokens in the ledger, preventing the same value from being claimed twice. Holding or requesting redemption of a token does not itself cancel the joint-venture agreement or settle an investment.
Proposed terms only: A security or principal-value guarantee takes effect only when its named guarantor, backing and enforceable obligations are documented in an executed agreement. No unconditional repayment, guaranteed return, insurance, immediate cash liquidity or always-available product redemption is currently represented. This proposal does not activate token issuance or redemption and is separate from Earthman Access loyalty tokens and membership benefits.
Legal planning note: Use “asset-backed tokenized participation” as the working description. Do not describe a token as legally “secured” unless an enforceable security interest or equivalent collateral arrangement has actually been documented and perfected. Token issuance, transferability, network use, redemption and cash-out features require Canadian legal, securities, tax, payments and AML/KYC review before being offered to the public.
The Canadian Securities Administrators launched Project Tokenization in 2026 to examine how tokenized financial products intersect with Canadian securities laws, and CSA guidance notes that securities legislation can apply to crypto assets depending on the circumstances. citeturn0search8turn0search14
