The first chef dinner launches from the flagship location as a signature Fifth Element Kitchen experience.

Guests taste, participate and vote where the format calls for audience judging, creating a live entertainment and food experience.
Weekend Chef's Kitchen Specials
Jerk Pork · Jerk Chicken · Jerk Fish · Wild Meats
Rotating wild-meat selections such as moose and deer may be featured as seasonal chef specials when legally sourced and available. Menu availability is confirmed by the restaurant.
Earthman Healthy Teas, natural fruit juices, coffee and other beverages complement the chef menu.
Live Program Connection
- Saturday at the Flagship — chef cook-off and/or chef dinner is staged at the premier Earthman location.
- The Fifth Element Kitchen — the event becomes program content for the Fifth Element Kitchen series.
- Live Feed — when a live broadcast is scheduled, viewers are directed to the official live-stream/feed destination published for that event.
- Program Content — the chef, dishes, recipes, cultural food stories and audience results can become episode segments and short-form clips.
- Restaurant — viewers can order available dishes online or make a catering request.
Live-feed readiness: the site now has a dedicated destination for the Saturday Kitchen program. A specific YouTube/live-stream URL should be inserted once the official Fifth Element Kitchen broadcast channel/feed is confirmed, rather than inventing a destination.
