Sponsorship & Advertising Partnership Program
Presented by Earthman Herbals®
“Good for You, Good for Life.”
The Fifth Element is structured as a weekly 60-minute broadcast: approximately 50 minutes of editorial programming plus a dedicated 10-minute advertising, promotional and brand-partnership segment. The commercial inventory can be assigned among approved sponsors while keeping paid promotion clearly identified.
| Block | Time | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Editorial Show | 50 min | Book preview, Herbal Table, Fifth Element guest conversation, heritage/education and Earthman Takeaway. |
| Advertising & Promotion | 10 min | Approved sponsor messages, product/brand features, promotional offers, partner presentations, endorsements and calls-to-action. |
| Total | 60 min | Complete weekly broadcast package. |
African Airways Traveling Tours Air Cruise Vacation is now recorded as a commercial advertising sponsor for both The Fifth Element Talk Show and The Fifth Element Kitchen.
Within the Talk Show's 60-minute broadcast allocation, the sponsor may premiere its magazine in an approximately five-minute featured segment highlighting African and Caribbean destination countries. The segment is treated as sponsored commercial content and may include approved destination visuals, magazine presentation, travel information, QR/link calls-to-action and sponsor identification.
The same approved sponsor creative may also be scheduled as filler commercial promotion within Fifth Element Kitchen broadcasts, subject to the episode's available commercial inventory and final production schedule.
Approved guest appearances may be structured under the same proposed commercial engagement framework as the Kitchen sponsor program: $5,000 total per broadcast engagement, with $2,000 due upon approved sign-up/registration and $3,000 due upon completion of production. The engagement may include guest preparation, broadcast appearance, approved promotional identification and agreed cross-promotion. Where merchandise is commissioned, approved guest/sponsor co-branding may be incorporated subject to written permissions, artwork approval, production costs and the applicable merchandising agreement.
Payment and production conditions: the $2,000 registration payment initiates scheduling and production planning after approval; the $3,000 balance is due at completion of the agreed production. Final scope, cancellation/rescheduling terms, taxes, production expenses, intellectual-property permissions, appearance releases and the definition of production completion must be documented in the guest engagement agreement.
The 10-minute commercial block can be divided among several sponsors or reserved for one presenting partner. Formats may include:
A host introduces the sponsor, product or service in a clearly identified sponsored message.
Approved product presentation, demonstration or educational feature with sponsor identification.
A short promotional story about the company, founder, mission or community work.
Discount, QR code, website destination, booking link, store link or other approved call-to-action.
A named recurring segment supported by a sponsor, such as Plant of the Week or From the Book.
Only genuine, clearly disclosed host/guest endorsements based on appropriate experience and approved claims.
Editorial rule: paid advertising and sponsorship must remain distinguishable from independent editorial discussion. Health-related products and claims require appropriate evidence and regulatory review before publication.
Herbal brands, botanical products, natural-food companies, teas and responsible wellness businesses.
Natural food producers, retailers, nutrition education and food-system organizations.
Water, mineral, filtration and hydration businesses fitting the editorial standards.
Seeds, farms, nurseries, sustainable agriculture and agroforestry organizations.
Publishers, bookstores, researchers and educational/cultural institutions.
Broadcast networks, production companies, studios, streaming and creative partners.
Appropriate wellness, educational, accessibility and communication technology.
Community groups, museums, heritage projects and cultural initiatives.
Restaurants and cafés may sponsor an episode/event location and nominate their best chef to present a featured meal. The proposed restaurant / café participation and production sponsorship fee is $5,000 per broadcast event location, payable as $2,000 upon approved sign-up/registration to reserve the event location and begin production planning, followed by $3,000 upon completion of production for the broadcast package. Sponsor deliverables should include establishment identification, chef introduction, approved promotional mentions, event photography/video assets where agreed, post-show promotion, and eligibility for the co-branded merchandise program. Final payment terms, taxes, production expenses, cancellation terms and the definition of production completion should be set out in the written sponsor agreement.
The tasting format is designed around the four regular Fifth Element hosts or guest hosts plus a rotating audience panel of approximately 4–6 tasters. Audience scoring can feed a season leaderboard and a finale callback.
Co-branding: Approved restaurant/café sponsors and participating retailers may have their establishment and brand incorporated into approved Earthman Herbals × The Fifth Element Kitchen merchandise and promotional materials, including cups, mugs, tumblers, aprons, recipe cards, gift sets, point-of-sale materials and digital campaign assets. Exact inventory, artwork, trademark permissions, production costs, revenue share and placement are subject to the written sponsor/retailer agreement.
This is a proposed programming and commercial framework; final fees, deliverables, tax treatment, production costs and cancellation terms require a written sponsor agreement.
