PayPal credentials are present in backend configuration, but checkout availability and webhook readiness still need a dedicated sandbox-to-live end-to-end validation. Automated agent/supplier/driver payouts are not enabled. Test mode never collects real money or activates services. Gold investment purchases remain pending verified custody and agreements.
