Earthman Herbals Referral Value Program
Customer Referral Package and Agent Referral Package
Trackable through personal referral links, QR codes and the Earthman app.
Customer Referral Package
Refer customers using your personal QR code or referral link. A referred customer qualifies when the customer completes a qualifying purchase of at least $20.
Each unique qualifying referred customer adds one $1 Referral Value Token to the referring customer's account.
At every 100 qualifying referred customers, the account reaches a $100 milestone bonus value, represented by 100 one-dollar referral value tokens.
Agent Referral Package
Agents use their assigned QR code and referral link to track qualifying customer activity. The same $20 minimum purchase qualification and $1 value token per unique qualifying customer apply.
Every 100 qualifying referred customers produces a $100 milestone bonus value in addition to the agent's separately documented tiered commission structure.
How the tracking works
- Customer or agent receives a unique referral code/QR.
- Prospective customer scans the QR or uses the referral link.
- The app records the referral attribution.
- The referred customer completes a qualifying purchase of at least $20.
- The referring account receives one $1 Referral Value Token.
- At 100 qualifying referrals, a $100 milestone bonus value is added.
- Agent commissions remain separate and are calculated under the applicable tiered commission agreement.
Program safeguards
Referral activity must be tied to genuine customer purchases. The program does not pay for recruitment alone. Duplicate/self-referrals, cancelled/refunded orders and other non-qualifying activity are excluded. The $1 Referral Value Token is a program value/credit unit, not an investment security or promise of investment return.
Final redemption, expiration, tax treatment and account-credit rules should be stated in the applicable customer or agent terms before public activation.
