Authorized agents may promote and register offices, home-office services, cafés, restaurants, hotels, corner/convenience stores, cafeterias, kiosks, shopping-mall and shopping-centre displays, mobile cafés, concession stands, grocery/partner stores and institutional locations.
Promotion may use direct sales, social media, QR codes, Earthman app sharing and approved personal/referral links. Approved location stores may also coordinate installation and delivery. Delivery charges are additional, and installation/equipment charges are quoted according to the location and configuration.
Healthy Tea service planning: $1,000 target sign-up package for office/home-office service; current working notes identify $750 setup/installation plus a refundable equipment deposit, with the final commercial invoice to reconcile the stated components before publication. Machine/equipment deposits are refundable after pickup/return where equipment is undamaged and subject to written terms.

Agents may request the Earthman Virtual Beverage Dispensing System as an optional concession configuration. Earthman coordinates the approved beverage equipment, digital operating layer, payment/reporting workflow, product supply, written SOP and support structure; the agent provides or secures the approved operating location.
Independent financing may be requested through the financing application. Approval, terms and funding remain with the independent financier and are not guaranteed by Earthman.
View System & Financing ApplicationAgents receive a trackable referral code and QR code through the Earthman app. Every unique referred customer who completes a qualifying purchase of at least $20 adds $1 in Referral Value Tokens to the agent account. Every 100 qualifying referred customers produces a $100 milestone bonus value. This referral milestone is separate and additional to the applicable tiered commission structure.
Only genuine qualifying customer purchases count; duplicate/self-referrals, cancelled/refunded orders and recruitment-only activity do not qualify.
Open Agent Referral PackageThe current planning framework uses a 10% base incentive with five qualification levels reaching a standard ceiling of 25%. Qualifying replenishment/reorder activity carries a standard 1.5% residual to the originating/servicing agent, with additional residual and supplier-supported incentives available only under approved written commercial terms.
For qualifying supplier-supported replenishment programs, total incentive economics may reach up to 30%; 30% is not the ordinary automatic agent commission ceiling.

Agents may promote approved programs only using Earthman-authorized materials. Agents do not independently promise investment returns, security interests, redemption or cash-out rights.

Open Tokenization & Legal NotesReferral activity is attributed through the agent's personal QR/referral code and Earthman app. The referral-value milestone is a product/service-purchase reward and is separate from tiered agent commissions.
