Open Operations Plan November 1 Press Release
The Healthy Tea service is designed for offices, home offices, cafés, restaurants, hotels, corner/convenience stores, cafeterias, kiosks, shopping malls/centres, mobile cafés, concession stands, grocery/partner stores and institutional locations.
Working commercial assumptions: 100 starting establishments; 25 additional establishments per month as the base growth target; up to 50 per month as an aggressive marketing upside. The current office/home-office sign-up planning target is $1,000, with $750 setup/installation and a refundable equipment deposit noted separately; the final invoice must reconcile the stated components before publication. Delivery charges are additional. Equipment deposits are refundable after pickup/return where equipment is undamaged and subject to written terms.
Agents may generate locations through direct promotion, social media, QR codes, Earthman app sharing and approved referral links. The standard planning assumption is a 5% residual on qualifying customer reorders that are properly tracked to the originating/servicing agent.
Healthy Tea ServiceAgent PortalQualifying Earthman projects may be designed around an asset-backed tokenized participation framework. The planning model is to associate proposed digital units with identified projects and designated business assets, supported by an asset-coverage register and documented valuation.
Important: “Asset-backed” is a business-planning description; “secured” should only be used after a legally enforceable security interest or equivalent collateral arrangement has been established and perfected. Token rights, transferability, in-network use, redemption/cash-out, custody, disclosure and investor eligibility require appropriate Canadian legal, securities, tax, payments and AML/KYC review.
Current market observations should remain clearly separated from management assumptions and future targets. Toronto’s 2021 Census profile reports 1,308,110 employed people in the Toronto census division, including 649,185 with a usual place of work and 510,240 working at home, supporting the rationale for both workplace and home/home-office service channels. citeturn0search0turn0search13
Tokenization & Legal NotesInvestment OpportunitiesThis overview is the control sheet for future print and digital packages. Category packages should be maintained separately for: corporate/communications, products/catalogue, labels/packaging, herbal library/app, book/publishing, campaign, Fifth Element production, sponsorship/advertising, magazine/media, membership/gift cards, agents/distribution, supplier/partner communications and CRM/admin.
Use the current approved Earthman Herbals visual identity and label master structure consistently across print materials.
